SWIFT, also known as "Sweat With Indy For Time" is NapTown's premier bootcamp class. You can expect bodyweight exercises in a group training atmosphere. You will be taken through a warm-up, a review of the movements for the daily workout, and then we will push you for a high-intensity cardio and strength workout.
The workout will cost $15 and all money raised will benefit Indy Parks Foundation. Complimentary beer included in price.
Doors open at 9:15 am. Class starts at 9:30am - brewery is open after class.
One 16 oz beer is included with the price of the class (no KR or 10oz pours). The beer must be consumed day-of and the ticket will not be good for any other circumstances.
